MetaTrader is on the VPS, so the EA must call this computer. On the VPS chart, set the EA URL to the address below and the token to the token below. In the VPS MetaTrader, allow WebRequest for that same address. 127.0.0.1 on the VPS is the VPS itself, not this desk.

Scout looks for an M5 tight-stop scalp from the trading plan: a level tested two or three times, a close back through, and a stop under the plan's pip cap. Daily move % is not the scalp trigger.

Scout reads the stop and target off the M5 chart. A setup is dropped if the stop is over the max SL or the target is under the min TP. Chief sizes the lot from the dollar risk. They do not ask you to type those numbers in chat.

Alert rules and limits
Chief sends a card only when the checklist fit reaches this number, Skeptic says PASSES, and the day's card cap is still open. Session, trend, news, and spread have to pass on their own. Scans run in this tab while it is open.
